I hated this book, downright despised it. This is hailed by so many people as the most romantic book in the history of writing and I have one word to say to that BULLSHIT. Heathcliff is an abusive asshat and Catherine is selfish and spoiled. I really have no words for how bad this is. Let me just put it this way, if you are at all a fan of happy endings, the DON’T READ THIS. If you want your characters to ride off into the sunset….yeah so not happening here.
