I got back on the Couch to 5K Challenge wagon. It’s was a combination of just feeling blah about my weight and the general desire to be more active. Either way, I did Week 2 Day 3’s challenge on Sunday around noon. I debated about starting completely over or just trying to carry on where I left off. I decide to just keep going because I wasn’t very far in when I slacked off. I didn’t have any real problems. I made it through and was only a little sore the next day. That’s really all I have to report this week, other than I’m super nervous to move on to week 3. I’m still walking to work as I have been forever, but that’s it for fitness.
