Or for anyone else out there who doesn’t have a blog, feel free to leave some of you’re answers in the comments so I’ll feel a little less alone.
I was originally planning to do a different tag this week, but I just finished The Lizzie Bennett Diaries and was just in an Austen-y mood, so yay for spontaneity.
1. Sense & Sensibility – a book with a dynamic sibling relationship
Normally I make little graphics for these on my own, but I borrowed this one from Brigid‘s website because it’s so pretty. These are the new covers for the Elemental series by Brigid Kemmerer. This series is about a family of brothers with supernatural powers. Each individual book is the story of one of the brothers, but the biggest draw for me was the relationship between the brothers. They are so close and protective of each other.
2. Pride & Prejudice – a book that at first did not seem interesting but after reading it you found it very much enjoyable
When I first heard all the hype about The Hunger Games, I had absolutely no interest in it. A YA novel about a bunch of kids killing each other to survive? No thank you! But I heard enough that I eventually gave in because EVERYONE was talking about how awesome it was. They were right, it is pretty great!
3. Emma – a book in which two close friends fall in love
Ally gets dumped and her best friend Sam helps her get a makeover to get her over the asshole that dumped her. In the process of Ally getting made-over and dating new people, Sam suddenly realizes that his nerdy bestie is actually incredibly hot and he can’t get her off his mind. Things progress from there. It’s a very amusing love story that made me fall in love with all things Tellulah Darling and I haven’t looked back since.
4. Mansfield Park – a book with a “rags to riches” story plot
I had a hard time picking one for this. This is more of a rags to riches then back to rags story, but Eve’s life definitely jumps from poverty to success. 🙂
5. Persuasion – a book involving second chances
Again The Magic is the book that made me fall in love with second chance novels. McKenna and Aline’s love is poignant and it’s enhanced greatly by how they were separated and reunited.
6. Northanger Abbey – a book with an almost overly imaginative character
If you’ve read this, then you know that Iko has one hell of an imagination. If you haven’t, then now is the perfect time to binge read the whole series since the final book came out this week!

This is so much fun! I so want to do this. Did you like the Lizzie Bennet Diaries? I recently re-watched it. It’s so good, I think. And I agree so much on Iko. She’s so much fun!
I loved it! It was so very captivating that I seriously binge-watched all of it in a matter of days.
Iko is probably one of my very favorite characters of the whole series. Have you read Winter yet?
