This week’s topic: Best Childhood Memories
Most of my childhood memories are jumbled together because we did similar activities repeatedly. I have a hard time just picking out one or two moments. It comes down to two similar events: trips to Carowinds with my mom and hiking mountains with my dad. I did both activities often enough as a child that I have a mass of memories of both, but I have difficulty discerning which memory came from what trip. I also fondly remember going to Emerald Point Water Park a few times. And swimming trips in general were always fun.

It’s so awesome that you hiked in the mountains! I would love to do something like that, especially to take a backpack and tent camp in the wild for a night. I’m sure I’d miss technology, but it would be kinda fun to rough it. Thanks for sharing!
I have a love/hate relationship with the idea of camping with the tents. On one hand, I remember enjoying it as a kid, but on the other…my phone…my laptop…my iPod. ::sobs::
