I’m not going to describe the plot or aspects of this book because, the only way you can not have any clue what this book is about is if you have been living under a rock for the past 3 years. This book is relatively good. It is a very easy cliched read, but it still draws you into a different world which is all I can really ask of a novel. Yes, there are plenty of plot holes and grammatical issues, but in the end what stayed with me was the fact that I became completely immersed in that world. I read the entire series in a week (well 8 days) and I got so caught up in the story that I was on pins and needles at the appropriate moments. Does this book deserve a medal or any kind of literary recognition? No, of course not! But it does need to be known that it is a decent book and not as bad as many outraged reviewers claim (nor is it as good as many teens say).
